Tell me more about Yoga De La Sol yoga
Our 26&2 Hot Yoga series is a yoga posture prescription, created to balance & rehabilitate the entire body. The series is a healing system of traditional hatha yoga postures, consisting of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises.
Practicing this yoga series regularly, works every muscle, tendon, ligament, cell, organ & gland in your body. Classes are 60 & 90 minutes long & practiced in a room well regulated for heat and humidity. The room is well-lit & mirrored, like a dance studio or martial arts dojo.
Our kind & friendly instructors will support you & help modify postures to your health & ability, as needed throughout your practice.
How do I get started?
Arrive 15 minutes before your first class. Bring a mat, full sized towel & water.
Or, if you prefer, you can rent from us.
Come on in. You'll never know unless you try!
I am inflexible, out of shape, have never done yoga before. Is it OK for beginners?
This Yoga is suitable for all beginners, no matter age, strength or flexibility.
Be warned though, this yoga has been known to be profoundly life changing & positive habit forming!
